The Spaltenna estate vineyards and winery are located in Gaiole, the very heart of the historic Chianti Classico territory in the
Province of Siena. The hills are dominated by a 10th century
Romanesque Pieve (chapel). Although the vineyard area is quite small, the entire estate which consists of olive groves and forests covers 2,600 acres of land.
